On Wednesday, October 31st after hurricane Sandy hit Delta in Newark on Nesbitt Street off of central avenue, gas was priced at $3.99 for a regular gallon if paid with cash and $4.59 if paid with credit.
I stood in line for an hour and paid for the over price gas and was denied a receipt. But I did take a picture of the gas pump.

The Delta in Bloomfield (one town over) was priced at $3.59 - 40cents cheaper.
